In a world where children are "growing up digital," it's important to help them learn healthy concepts of digital use and citizenship. Parents play an important role in teaching these skills.
This maths group is trying hard to learn multiple strategies to solve maths problems and then they get to choose the best strategy that works for them.

Students who have learned their basic facts have the advantage of focusing solely on the strategies to solve the maths problem ,whereas students with very little basic facts knowledge have to stop constantly to ponder over the answers to simple maths facts before attempting to solve the problems. Let's keep working on learning those basic facts children.
Our usual fortnightly Tumanako assembly. Some of our children are awarded for their effort in learning.
Miss B - acknowledging our Tongan students of Tumanako.
It is the last day of our Tongan Language Week. We are ready to join the rest of the school for the Celebration assembly.

Our beautiful Tumanako 25 girls enjoying the performances.
The amazing performances from our Tongan students.

We are ending the week by joining our Buddy Class Tumanako 10 for some fun activities.
