TERM 2 WEEK 9 ' LEARNING FROM OUR WHAKAPONO SENIOR STUDENTS THIS WEEK IS FUN'

We are in our school hall for the Whakapono Science Exhibition. We are learning quite a lot of exciting facts by listening and asking questions.
We are reading some interesting facts about the different states of matter - solids, liquids and gases.

Wow look at this, the hot red lava is actually bubbling and flowing out of this miniature volcano.

We are learning a lot from looking at the photos and information labels. We are asking questions to confirm our understanding. Thank you Whakapono students for letting us touch some of your items on display.

This is our favourite. Finding out how slime is made is really cool.

After all that, it's time we sit down to have  lunch.
Learning in Week 9 continues. We are catching up with our Reading Eggs and Mathletics activities.
Thank you Cullen Ikitule and Lilly Plows for representing Tumanako 25 in our Rowandale Year3 and Year 4
netball teams

We are at our normal whole school assembly. Here are our Tumanako recipients of our PRIDE certificates this week.
